Let's Talk

The goal of our admissions process is to help you learn about Mosaic Pathways and for us to get to know you. We want to make sure that we are the right fit for you and your child. Please read the FAQ's page and the Homeschool Options before scheduling a phone call.

Considerations

Mosaic Pathways is committed to Inclusion in all its forms and we hold to the commitment in our admissions considerations for all diverse needs. We work closely with families to ensure Mosaic Pathways has the resources to support you and your child.

Application Process

1. Introduction. 

After reading through our website, especially the FAQ's page, complete the Interest Form below to let us know you're interested in scheduling a phone conversation.

2. Phone Conversation.

Upon receiving the Introduction Form, we will reach out to schedule an informal conversation to offer us a chance to ask questions and learn about one another.

3. Invitation to Visit.

Following the phone consultation, if you and Mosaic Pathways believe it is a good fit, we will schedule a visit to our school.

4. Enrollment.

If enrollment is of interest, we will request forms to be completed and $200 registration fee to begin a 4 week trial period. Should we agree your child is indeed a good fit with our program, we will require the completion of our membership agreement.
